Joined Boston Ballet in 2009
Brittany Summer of Gastonia, NC attended the North Carolina School of the Arts from 2003 – 2007. In 2007, she joined Boston Ballet II and was promoted to the company in 2009.
Her Boston Ballet repertoire includes August Bournonville’s La Sylphide, George Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments, Serenade, Emeralds, and Diamonds, Mikko Nissinen’s The Nutcracker and Swan Lake, James Kudelka’s Cinderella, and Heather Myers’ Found which she performed in Boston Ballet’s 2007 Night of Stars Gala.
