Description This position is responsible for making outbound calls to hot and warm leads in order to sell subscription tickets, solicit gifts, and sell single tickets. Representatives may make retention calls throughout the season as well. Call Center Representatives should provide excellent customer service and accurate information to all patrons.
Responsibilities Responsible for making outbound calls to generate subscription and single ticket sales and donations. Occasionally make outbound retention effort calls Actively take part in learning about Boston Ballet as a whole in order to increase working knowledge. Accurately respond to customer inquiries regarding subscription, single tickets, donations, and other questions. Additional duties as assigned. Must meet or exceed established weekly and monthly revenue goals. Must be available to work afternoon, evening, and/or weekend shifts. Must demonstrate discretion, honesty, and confidentiality when handling personal customer informatio
Qualifications BA/BS or equivalent work-related experience required Call Center experience or equivalent work experience preferred Sales-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Excellent verbal and written skills A friendly disposition with patrons and co-workers Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and crowded workspace Experience working with ticketing and fundraising databases a plus Interest in non-profit or dance a plus Boston Ballet is an equal employment opportunity employer
